Perspectives in the evaluation of assessment quality
Perspectives on assessment quality differ for stakeholders because of variations in roles and experiences. In the evaluation of the quality of assessment programs, differences and similarities in the perspectives of stakeholders can give information to reviewers about assessment quality. Based on text analyses with Leximancer, four main themes were identified:

  1. students
  2. staff
  3. government
  4. experts

In the Figure, each circle visualizes a theme and is named after the most mentioned and most connected quality criterion. Each circle contains grey dots, these are the ten perspectives which are grouped within the theme, and lines between the dots make their interrelations visible.
